Innergize Solutions is a unique boutique strategy and management consulting firm founded by Nilesh Ganjwala in 2006. Nilesh, a rank-holder chartered accountant, was always inclined towards a consulting and advisory career right from the initial days of his professional career. He spent the first 15 years of his career in the consulting and advisory domain, working with multiple large organizations from various industries (private as well as public sector) as well as banks.
After working with some of the largest Indian organizations, Nilesh realized that there exists a complete vacuum for small and mid-sized companies/entrepreneurs as well as start-ups, who have innovative ideas and vision, exciting product concepts, capabilities and technologies but lack the bandwidth, experience, business expertise, resources or financial acumen. He came across several promoter-driven businesses, small and mid-sized companies which operated in promising sectors, run by individuals with integrity and passion.
These businesses and promoters, despite their best efforts, were unable to achieve their vision as they needed guidance and long-term incubatory support to achieve their potential.

Most of its relationships have lasted for over 15 years, which is a testimony to its commitment and relationship focus. Dr Gautam Daftary, ex-promoter of Bharat Serums and Vaccines and founder of Siro Clinpharm, states that “I have been working with Nilesh for nearly 30 years now and he has been an integral part of our corporate journey, growth and success.
