The Tata group seems unable to solve the problems faced by passengers in spite of three years of taking over Air India. The airline is facing delays and some passengers have even complained of finding metal pieces in their food.
The airline is undergoing a merger with Tata SIA Airlines, the operator of Vistara Airways, which has further complicated matters.
